2nd Call for Proposals Cross-border Programme Serbia - Montenegro 2014-2020 under the Instrument of Pre-accession Assistance (IPA II)

The programme general objective is to contribute to economic, social and territorial development of the programme area by fostering integration, joint development and use of potentials and opportunities to make the area attractive to live and work in. In order to achieve these objectives, the Programme focuses on the following Thematic Priorities (TP):

• TP1: Promoting employment, labor mobility and social and cultural inclusion across the border
• TP 2: Protecting the environment, promoting climate change adaptation and mitigation, risk prevention and management
• TP 3: Encouraging tourism and cultural and natural heritage

This call for proposals relates to thematic Priorities 1 and 3. It focuses on respective Specific Objectives and Results as follows:

• 1.2 Strengthening social and cultural inclusion of vulnerable groups
  • 1.2.1 Better services - Increased access to social and cultural services for vulnerable/excluded groups
• 3.1 Improving capacities for exploiting tourism potencials of the programme area
  • 3.1.1 Joint tourist products enhanced
  • 3.1.2 Complementary products and services developed
