Policy brief: "Towards Strengthening of Institutional Support and Improving Education of Young Researchers in Social Sciences in Serbia"
This policy brief focuses on institutional support and education for young researchers. It is based on survey results, which included 356 doctoral students in the field of social sciences and humanities. The main challenges that young researchers face are related to:
- material position;
- conditions for work;
- internationalization and flexibility of PhD programmes;
- research competences and applicability of knowledge gained during PhD studies.
