This major event, taking place during the Czech Presidency of the EU, will gather research and innovation (R&I) leaders – from the public and private sectors, and from European and national institutions – to debate the best ways, instruments and incentives to retain scientists and entrepreneurs in EU 13 countries. Headline speakers include EU Commissioner Mariya Gabriel, ESFRI Chair Jana Kolar and ERC Vice President Andrzej Jajszczyk.
This hybrid conference is the first regional event under the newly-launched Science|Business Widening initiative, which features a regular news service on latest R&I developments in CEE countries, a series of expert events and community building. Admission is free for both online and onsite participants, although with limited places available we encourage anyone wishing to attend in person to register as soon as possible.
