News archive - Financial support for development of SME competitiveness and innovation through the Project „Voucher scheme for innovative SMEs“
Directorate for SME Development-DDSME has announced the Public call for participation to the pilot Project „Voucher scheme for innovative SMEs“, aiming at development of investment culture into innovation in order to enhance competitiveness.
The Public call was open from 18th June till 16th July 2012, after which the Commission selected 16 companies that will be supported by financing consultant services for the implementation of innovative activities.
The procedure is defined in a way that an enterprise financed 100% of all eligible costs for implemented innovative activity, and only then delivers required documentation proving spent costs for approved set of activities. Finally, the refunding of 70% of eligible costs is provided, VAT excluded, in the maximum amount of 1.500 €, while the rest of 30 % should be covered by the applicant – entrepreneur.
The realization of the pilot Project „Voucher scheme for innovative SMEs“is expected to be completed by the end of 2012.
