News archive - Consultation for the White Paper on Citizen Science in Europe
The White Paper on Citizen Science in Europe aims to support policy makers on European, national and regional level when setting up future strategies of civic engagement in the excellence in science. Contribute with your recommendations, endorsement or refinement of existing ideas.
How to participate:
- Take part in the survey, evaluate the importance of first recommendations and add your own ideas.
- Join the debate via registration.
- Share your opinion and experiences to the open questions in chapter 1-5 via the comment function.
- Rate the importance of questions and comments via voting functions in chapter 1-5.
All contributors will be named in the list of contributors of the White Paper.

All the main stakeholders are included in this consultation which will be complemented with participatory events, before publishing the White Paper in September 2014. It is then for the policy actors to determine how the proposed actions are to be taken forward into practice.
