The conference is practical oriented, supplying the participants with real life examples of successful and unsuccessful cluster and partner initiatives. The conference is aimed at two different target groups: enterprises in the ever-changing Central and Eastern European ICT industry and professionals from organizations focusing on economic and regional development.
