Description
Based on the order 612-00-1/03-01 issued on June 19 2003 by the Council of the Republic for the development of university education, CET was authorised to found the School of Computing. The Union University School of Computing (RAF) was entered in the court registry of the Commercial Court in Belgrade on July 10 2003, cartridge registry No. 5-741-00. Ministry of Education and Sports issued a Decree which confirms that the Union University School of Computing (RAF) in Belgrade fulfills the requirements concerning staff, premises and technical conditions necessary for the first year lectures of general studies to start - No. : 022-05-00204/2003-04, on November 19 2003.
On the basis of the Code of rules on types of education of teaching staff at informatical high school (Official Gazette RS -Education Gazette, No. 4/2006 and 2/2008), Union University School of Computing (RAF) graduate students can be employed as lecturers or do other sorts of educational and pedagogical work at informatical high schools.
After fifteen years of experience, large number of students, certified IT professionals, company CET - Computer Equipment and Trade decided to include higher education into their offer, thus founding the Union University School of Computing (RAF).

The Ministry of Education and Sports of the Republic of Serbia gave its assent to the Plan and program of general studies at the Union University School of Computing (RAF), which last for four years, on February 24 2004, No. 612-00-00113/2002-04. Ministry of Education and Sports issued a Decree which confirms that the Union University School of Computing (RAF) in Belgrade fulfills the requirements concerning staff, premises and technical conditions necessary for the second, third and fourth year lectures of general studies to start - No. 119-05-00152/2004-04, on September 29 2004.
The Ministry of Education and Sports of the Republic of Serbia gave its assent to the Plan and program of master studies at the Union University School of Computing (RAF), on September 12 2005, No. 612-00-219/2005-04 for the following study programs : Computing science, Computing engineering, Software engineering, Information systems.
