The City of Banja Luka has passed a decision to establish a Technological Business Park. It will house a technological business park with industrial zone
(90% of surface area) and facilities of entrepreneurial infrastructure (incubators, scientific and technological park, starting centre, and logistics). The Technological Business Park will contain the following divisions:
• Technology and Development Centre
• Investors Centre-Division within Technology Business Park, which is engaged in promoting investment opportunities in Banja Luka, providing all information to potential investors on available sites and investment opportunities in the City, legal regulations, procedures to start-up business and construction, as well as all other relevant information. The centre will operate under the principle of "One stop shop 'office.
• Entrepreneurial zone Ramici-Arranged infrastructure space on 970 500 mt area will be assigned to entrepreneurs by selling land and compensation for furnishing the land. Parcels were divided according to purpose and to facilities for small plots with an area of 1300 mt to 3000 mt in total area of 257 000 mt and large plants with a surface plot of 10,000 mt to 150,000 mc of total area of 713 500 mt.
• Network incubator will operate within a business entity of TBP's operator. Three types of incubation were planned for purposes such as: Development, production and business incubator. The space provided for the incubation of entrepreneurs at preferential rates is approximately 4000 m, and will be located in well-equipped buildings that are encouraging environment for work, with all facilities which the tenants of the incubator will be able to use.
• Logistic centre is a set of services necessary for the completion of the entrepreneurial infrastructure of the Park and its functioning. The Centre includes:
Technological Business Park management – administrative building with a congress centre, Fairground, Multipurpose building for renting to service
trade, Truck terminals with customs, warehouse and other services.
