Possible project topics are: dwelling, offices, culture facilities, sport and recreation facilities etc. The project should also prevent the city expansion towards the suburbs. Realistically planned projects should respect the current economical and political situation in Banja Luka (finding a way for project realisation). Some politicians and private investors from Banja Luka should be involved as project partners. The project should also support the cooperation of universities from the former Yugoslavia with universities from the EU.
