The Innovative Project Ideas in the Field of Academic Cooperation and Exchange between Austrian and Montenegrin Higher Education Institutions will enhance the exchange of students, professors and assistants between the University of Montenegro and Austrian HE institutions. While the classification of countries according to their relation with the EU (Member State/Candidate Country/Associated Country) is the same under FP7 as under FP6, the composition of these country groups has changed with the accession of Bulgaria and Romania in 2007, and with the association of Albania, Serbia, Montenegro, and Bosnia and Herzegovina in 2007 and 2008.
